Get rid of hyphen (-) in word wrap

Hi!

How can I get rid of hyphen (-) when word wrap?

When someone post a URL it wraps wich is fine because I don't want the table width to change, but it puts in a hyphen (-) that has to be removed when someone copies and pastes the link in a browser and everybody does not understand that. Best case was if links was recognized and made clickable but getting rid of the (-) would do.
