Script not working

Hi all

I have installed the phpUserLogin script but it is not working, dont know why.
Looks normal, but when I try to log in or click in "forgot passoword" the script refresh to the same page and do not call any function. Also the register.php page display a message that is impossible to register.

Does anybody know what is going on?
Does anybody can help me?
